-Since arriving in Hawaii to work at Photonworks Engineering I have done every job in the company from procurement, PV installer, IT manager up to Project Manager for projects up to and over 2 million dollars involving as many as 210 individual units receiving PV tie ins and commercial systems with large battery systems. Individual skills acquired during this time have been numerous but mainly stand out with managing projects from designing and budgeting to closing out the project with the local authority, electrical work from small residential to large commercial projects, crew management getting every job under budget and ahead of schedule.

-Notable projects:

Makai Housing Solar: over 50 buildings, each with 4-6 PV systems tied in.

Palama Meats: Electrical work for 355kw PV and Battery system tie in.

Mahana and Kaimana Apts: 30+ buildings receiving different PV installations.

Hale Kupuna Heritage house: 300kw PV system with Tesla Powerpack Batteries off-grid system.

Kailua Waste-Water Treatment Plant: 5 buildings, government facility installation of 1,000+ solar modules with grid tie in for each system.

-Ran the communications division as the division leading petty officer on board the USS Asheville SSN 758 out of Point Loma, CA until honorable discharge in 2009. Responsible for 11 individuals during 2 western pacific deployments as well as the submarine qualifications program ship wide. Managed all operation and repair of all on board equipment from the antennas, the hydraulics that raised them to the electricity that powered them. Also responsible for the networking and computer equipment that tied into the IP communications and over the air frequencies that we communicated on routinely. Received 2 Navy and Marine Corps Achievement medals during my tour and was recognized multiple times for excellence during operations and maintenance periods.
