Job Description
As a Chef De Partie I am responsible to take care of the daily Food preparation according to menu specification by the sous chef or executive chef .
Support the Sous Chef and executive chef to develop new menu and dishes.
Maintaining the logs of the food which are maintain as time and temperature control.
Keep work area at all time in hygienic condition according to the rules set by the hotel.
Control food stock and food cost in my section.
