ABOUT MYSELF

This is resuming of me SOORAJ HANEEFA, presently residing at Charuvilla Puthen Veedu, PPM, P.O, Punalur, Kollam Dist Kerala India. Born on 03/02/1976 aged 45. Basically, I am a hard worker and effulgence in taking new challenges in my life and work. Ability to enigmatic all aspects in job as well as to provide satiate results to the concern. During these years of my job I have traveled to seven countries working for reputed BVQI Companies in and out of India.

• In the year 1993-94 with good reputed training form a well-known Hotel, I passed out BHMCT (Bachelor of Hotel Management and catering Tech.) form ASAN MEMORIALCOLLEGE FOR ARTS AND SCIENCE IN CHENNAI. It’s one of the best colleges in India for management studies and it has won the award for the best trained college for management studies during the followed years.

• In the year 2003 while working in Muscat (Oman), I finished my MBA Degree from IIATM (Open & Correspond) which operates its Crash-Courses all over the sub continents.

EXPOUSER TO INDUSTRY AND CHALLENGES ACHIVED

• The year 1994 was remarkable for me as I finished my Industrial training from Hotel Trident (OBROAI group of Hotels Chennai). The step into the fascinating industry of hospitality.

• After successful training there, due to my interest in work I was appointed as Sr.Stewrad in the same Hotel and with a time of six month I was promoted as Tr.Captain in F&B service. I was enjoying my job and remained still till 1996.

• From Nov 1996-2000 I got a better opportunity as Asst. Manager Food & Beverage at Hotel Breeze, Chennai (4 star). Basically, I took care of all F&B service outlets. During this time I was also awarded as the best Jr. Executive of the year 1999.

• In Jan 2001 I started my carrier as Food & Beverage Manager in Ramashree group of Hotels in Bangalore. During this time, I was handling banquets and marketing related to banquets. Providing good results on sale and operations the concern gave me good package and incentives for my hard work. Due to abroad exposure I was forced to leave my job in Feb 2003.

• In the year 2003 I left for Muscat (Oman) to work for an ISO Company named TAWOOS LLC as Catering manager which operates food outlets and group of restaurants all over Middle East. And I was given a big unit to manage called SultanQaboosUniversity.

• Enjoying my job here I got an opportunity to conjoin for a German based American Company which apparently deals with catering related to American Army all around the world. I joined as Assets and Outlets Manager in this company and travelled almost 8 countries. The company was on BVQI standards. My job was to mobilize new operations and do contracts for the company. I used to travel to different countries like Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, UAE, and Kazakhstan making contracts and mobilizing new contracts. Till the end of 2008 I gained my exposure and due to a camp blast in Iraq I heartily forced to stay back in India.

• From 2008 till 2013, I worked for an ISO catering company in Chennai named Shivas Catering and hospitality (P) Ltd as Senior Outlets Manager managing outlets and related staffs providing eulogies results to the employer.

• From 2013 to 2016 Jan worked for Golden Fork restaurant and hospitality

(P) Ltd in Kerala as Manager Operations managing 10 outlets and related staffs.

• From 2016 to now working for Varkala Resort in Kerala as General Manager managing the entire 4-star resort. Due to my hard work and sincerity I was transferred to manage the entire Chennai Operations which there company has about 8 banquet halls.

• Now I would to start my aboard exposure in any senior position with all my experience gained during these years.

As I said above I lost all my certificates in the blast and attack in my camp at Iraq. I have attached LOI (Letter of Identification) issued by AAFESS (US Govt.) and some of my visa copies to ensure that it supports my resume. I am a strong believer that black and white papers have nothing to do with the experience which I have and the exposure to my work shall be seen in person.
