Significant experience in Service Engineer in area of Field Service on MHE (Alpha&baka) and Air Tools (Atlas copco) in Nithin Techno Care. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strictly implementation of better 5 S for the job site.

Make monthly inspection of portable equipment’s and fire extinguisher, boom lift, boom barrier, etc.

Firefighting and also ERT.

Fire prevention of all company activities, testing of smoke detectors, conducting drills and weekly checking the all fire hydrant equipment’s.

Advice the workers for chemical Hazards and use proper PPE’s.

Closely observation to make sure those first aid welfare facilities properly maintained.

Issuing (Daily) safe work permits for new project and maintenance work activities with daily routine inspection for un safe act and un safe condition work at site.

Keep records of All Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown maintenance Activities.

Keep records of All Safety Meetings and ERP records, PSSR, and Risk Assessment.

First line breaking (Confined space) work procedure follow to be start the work

Supervision of all construction works on site

Fire prevention of all company activities, testing of smoke and heat detectors, Conducting drills

Train and audit up fire and safety and regular staff in the plant.

Periodically inspection of crane, and Scaffolding Heavy lifting Equipment’s etc.

To Maintained the Spares in store and also Work planning.

Over all Factory Plumbing Activities.

Maintained EOT Crane(12.5Ton,5Ton)

Boom Lift Operation And Maintained As per PM Schedule

Over all Factory interior and Exterior Doors, Gates, Windows, etc. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SERVICE ENGINEER:

Planning PM for Air Tools (Atlas copco) based on the Macro and Micro Report.

Attend the BD Calls for Air Tools (Atlas copco).

Planning PM for MHE (Alpha&Baka) based on the Macro and Micro Report.

Attend the BD Calls for MHE (Alpha&Baka).

Testing and Dispatch the equipments and also conducting demo class.

Strictly Maintained the Basic & Emergency Spare in our customer end.

Raise RFQ for spares and also follow up.

Work planning and also updating my Daily work.
