• From the shortlisted CV's further filteration is made based on opinion from the manager.

• Then the shortlisted candidates are called upon phone to check their availability and present condition of work ( i.e willing for a job switch or not).

• Then an interview will be scheduled based on the availability of both HR and the candidate.

• After fixing the interview date and time, a tracker is made and uploaded in the portal for future reference of the customer and the company.

• After the completion of interview by the candidate with the customer, we support the follow up team to keep a track on their records.
