Ihave had experience in many different fields over the years. I still have a strong interest in the

computer field. I have been interested in computers since High School. I am again pursuing this

interest, and I feel my past experiences will only strengthen my work ethics and make me a

better employee. I am mechanically inclined and have a vast knowledge of different tools. I have

experience in shop environments including Nexteer and MSP. I am aware of quality control

programs as well as other structures. I consider myself easy going and can get along with other

employees.

I accomplished getting SAE State certified in automotive heating and cooling to work at a

radiator shop in Flint, MI. I also achieved getting a class A CDL license with hazmat to get a job

driving cross country for Fed Ex Custom Critical. I am currently working on my associates in

Computer network engineering.

Maintained a professional, calm, and understanding nature to customers while trying to help

them. Occasionally I had to deal with very upset, or irate, customers. I had to remain calm and

professional and try to diffuse the situation and make the customer satisfied. I also was in

grocery receiving for a year and had to check in the trucks and maintain quality control as well as

run a forklift and maintain stock in the back room. I worked here over 4 years and 2 years as 3rd

shift.

attended 2 years at Mott Community College for networking. I did attend Baker College for a

short time for computer programming, but I could not manage it and working at that time. I hope

to complete my Associates Degree and consider further Education. I am now wanting to expand

my experiences into new areas.
