My duties include the first and last step of receiving and prepping fresh food for order. I cut and clean lamb and beef from whole loin portions into smaller portions ready made to put on the grill. I basically filet the meat and season it if required and bag it up ready for sale. I also detail shrimp and thaw salmon and bag that also. I wash,cut, and bag fresh vegetables also.
