I am BSc in the Quantity Surveyor University of Reading in the UK. I have more than 16 years of experience (11 years in UAE) in Quantity Surveying disciplinary.

I am providing our client with a proactive, comprehensive and effective quantity surveying service for the various type and size of the project, tailored to the need of each project I am conducting freelance services for following services. We will provide clear take-off sheet and mark-up drawing. We are using quantity take-off software (Planswift and Blue beam), therefore, our quantity 99% accurate.

Our rate comparative rates are less than other Freelance Quantity Surveyors. Saving for you can typically range between 30% to 40% when you select our service, moreover you will also be able to lower your pre consultant costs, reduce overheads, stop worrying about training, hiring and maintaining a quantity surveys. I have Three (3) person professional QS in Our groups. They also have UAE as a Quantity Surveyor experience. We can do Architectural, Civil, MEP, ID and Infrastructure related Quantity Surveyor work.
