I am a positive-minded, hardworking individual always willing to learn, take on different challenges, work independently using initiative and as part of a team. I am also effective under pressure as I strive to meet set deadlines by planning myself and setting milestones to be able to finish the work assigned on time. I also believe I am results-oriented, working towards set goals with flexibility in case of changes. In addition, I am responsible and with good communication and interpersonal skills.

To seek a position that is challenging, rewarding, and fulfilling. One that will exploit and further develop my organizational and interpersonal skills as well as enrich me with wider experience, provide plenty of opportunity for self-improvement and empowerment of the society at large.
SKILLS AND EXPEREINCE
Counselling: I am familiar with conducting counseling session hence, helping people make clear decisions as well as giving a listening ear when an individual needs it.
Planning and Organizing: Ability to identify and prioritize activities and assignments, make necessary adjustments as required, foresee risks and allow contingencies while planning.
Communication Skills: I am fluent in both English and Swahili.
WORK EXPERIENCE
2021 January- Present KENYA REVENUE AUTHORITY
I am currently undertaking a one-year internship program at Kenya Revenue Authority where I am advancing my data collection and analysis skills. As well as advancing my skills of putting up reports and data learning how to store the information in Excel and Word form. 2019 January- 2019 September HAVEN DISTRIBUTORS.
Worked part-time as a customer relations personnel. I was in charge of customers relations in the company. My duties were to ensure that the company improved its ranking when it narrowed down to how satisfied the customers were with the company’s goods and services. I advanced my following-up skills which were something I had to do each day just to ensure proper customers interactions as well as high-tech customer care services.
2018 August – 2018 December: UASIN GISHU DISTRICT HOSPITAL- ELDORET.
I worked as an intern during the practicum period at the hospital and got a chance to sharpen my social work skills which included:
Advocacy, speaking on behalf of the clients I was working with.
Confidentiality, I ensured the files I worked with and the cases I handled were private and put in secret. It was my duty to ensure information held in the office was not leaked or exposed to a third party.
Filling, keeping and, ensuring all documents were easily kept and easily accessible made it easier to retrieve needed documents this made me more organized thus, saving time. 2016 September – 2016 December. EMBU LEVEL FIVE- EMBU. DUTIES:
I was an intern at Embu Level Five hospital under the social work department. I put the skills I learned in class in to practice. I learnt proper ways to approach and attend to clients as well as how to associate with my colleagues.
I got deeper experience in counseling, filing and, following up once each session was over. This helped me keep in touch and ensure individuals were living an improved life. APRIL 2015- August 2016: CLUSTER REPRESENTATIVE- MOI UNIVERSITY Worked as a cluster representative at the university. I was a peer educator and a counselor that addressed issues that affected young adults while transforming into campus life.
