Ace Hardware was my first job & I started there while in high school. While working here I had the opportunity to meet different type of people in all types of working industries. Which lead me to gain a lot of knowledge about hardware tools, paint & sales skills. It also learned a great level of responsibility at 17 years old & I still carry those same traits with me to this day.

This Avis & Budget car rental is relatively new & only located .5 miles away from the O'HARE Airport. With that being the case it is constantly receiving a heavy flow of customers. Since I am a sales associate & deal with many people throughout the day. It is my responsibility to be professional & provide the best service possible to every customer. I have to show up well dressed, book rentals over the phone, and try to sell the best service possible to each client. While working at Avis, I’ve learned to enhance my skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word & other various computer programs. That’s what was used for scheduling and writing out contracts. .Along with gaining experience with computer applications the job has taught me how to be a better people’s person. I’ve had the opportunity to meet people from all across the world & gain a personal relationship with frequent clients all throughout the country who rent from Avis often. Since being employed as a sales associate I understand that first impression means everything & it is very important making the customer feel welcomed.

While in high school I took AP Business & a honors class in marketing. Played 3 years on the baseball & basketball team. Maintained a 3.1 GPA. Worked part time for 3 years while in high school & was on the governing student body for my last two years. Getting involved in my community was very important to me while in high school.
Triton College, River Grove - Associates Degree
January 2019 - Present
I'm currently enrolled at Triton College. It’s my plan to go back to school for marketing after my graduating year in 2021. There’s still a lot I haven’t accomplished during my time here.
