Offering 34 years of engineering experience in network administration, research and development environment.

Director of the South Kingstown School Department Cisco WAN infrastructure, Pure Storage FlashArray, Google Apps for Education, 1:1 Laptop Coordinator, Cisco Wireless and District Database Manager for 4000 users, 10 buildings, and 25 servers. Manage and installed Unity and Call Manager for Cisco IP Telephony throughout the entire district with Merika Security Camera solution.

Four years as Project manager for Merrill Clark Inc. supervising seven employees and five ongoing network support contracts.

Within 3 years at the Newport Hospital updated the entire Hospital Infrastructure from the 15 separate networks to one Fiber Optic Distributed Data NT environment Network. Incorporated the Lifespan Wide Area Network between the hospitals at the time of the merger.

Supervised a group of 12 engineers and 6 support personnel in support of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Weapon Analysis Facility (WAF) for the MK50, MK46, and MK48 ADCAP torpedoes.

Lead design engineer on the simulator models for Sikorsky Model SH-60F helicopter maintenance trainers. Turned around a project 6 months behind to deliver models on schedule and meeting all software requirements.

Technical Lead in the deployment and implementation of the Hamden High School 1600 computer network.

Install and maintain Cisco’s Voice over IP phone system for district deployment. Replace the 30- year-old PBX systems with an integrated Voice over IP system though out the entire district. Remove the costly dedicated single lines and incorporate Voice T1 lines for a cost savings of $ 10,000-month savings. New systems provide integration into the PA systems, Video surveillance units, and bell systems.

Incorporate a new Cisco-based fiber backbone network into the entire school district. Migration from an old 100Base Wide Area Network to a 10GigBase fiber backbone with 1000base to the desktop.

Install and maintain the latest server-based AutoCAD 2018 laboratory with SolidWorks. Including all computerized drafting programs and Robotic classes. Also, provide instructional support for the robotics competitions and unmanned submarine competitions.

Integrate the auto shop computerized learning systems CDX Global. This total interactive automotive troubleshooting and diagnostic program is server-based and performs multiple operations.

Install and maintain all SQL databases for Accounting, Special Education, and Guidance.

Oversee the installation and migration of the Pearson SMS and Skyward individual databases into a district-wide Student Information System. Including all the conversions, routing configurations, and training.
