o 2016 Delivered a fifty percent increase in revenue from the Dubai Airport Kiosk selling fourteen Rotana Hotels, which were under my responsibility.

o 2016 Introduced the first Hotel-Smart mobile door key at the Al Bustan Hotel. o 2015 Successfully introduced the first trial for on-line Check-in at the Al Bustan Rotana Hotel. o Successfully handled the International Formula One Race in 2011, 2012 and 2013 with Full House and successfully ensured highest guest satisfaction during major events such as concerts along with celebrities staying in-house.

o Has successfully managed EMSEK International Security Systems by the Ministry of Interior Dubai Police Events for 1500 Guests in October 2014& 2015 as well as the IQRAA, Arabic Language Exhibition Event for 1500 Guests in May 2015 at Al Bustan Rotana Hotel, Dubai. o 2013 Successfully introduced the first trial for Tablet Check-in at the Yas Island Rotana Hotel. o 2012 Successfully opened in, the Rotana Ahlan Desk at Abu Dhabi Airport kiosk for meeting and greeting guests upon arrival for thirteen Abu Dhabi hotels.

• Contracted with the Abu Dhabi International Airport Authority liaising for the desk. o 2011 Initiated a project of one guest, one profile providing all guest information in a single profile avoiding unnecessary duplications. This system is now a live centralised part of the corporate management.

Briefed to coordinate with all departments heads to ensure adequate liaison and operation implementation, plan to meet yearly revenue target and upgrade the standards within the hotel Responsibilities:

2. Adheres to and implements hotel policies and procedures based on corporate issued operating standards of operations to accomplish the set goal and objectives of the hotel. 3. Prepares together with concerned executives the annual Business and Marketing plan including profit budgets in a professional and timely manner as per the Cluster General Manager’s Manual. 4. Sets and controls action plans to maximize profitability and productivity of the hotel. 5. Manages and controls costs and expenses according to the uniform system of accounting. 6. Controls finance and accounting of the hotel according to company’s accounting standards, policies and procedures and work closely with Corporate Accounting and Control Division. 7. Work in close collaboration with Corporate Marketing when and where possible. 8. Work in close collaboration with Cluster Manager – e-commerce & Revenue Operations when and where possible.

9. Work in close collaboration with Training & Talent Development Manager when and where possible. 10.
