2018 – 2019 CONSULTANL AGENT Bytes (Vodacom) - Altron Worked as call centre agent on day to day. Had a goal of reaching a good NPS and FCR of 85% daily. My responsibilities were to:

2017 – 2017 Volunteer (RDP houses) – Ultrasonic
Volunteered in building floor slabs for government subsidy houses in Kagiso Ext 13. Built over 10 slabs, my responsibilities were to
work hand in hand with the foreman on site, learning to survey (cut and fill) the required land/houses to be built using the dumpy level and setting out of trenches.
Digging trenches using tools such as pick, spade, wheel barrow.
Acquired practical knowledge of reinforcing mesh and placing space blocks. Reinforced over three slabs and inspecting formwork before pouring of concrete.
