§ Law Firm Name Is Confidential: Conducted electronic discovery of various matters under review by the DOJ, SEC, FTC and FCC. Performed complex first level, second level, QC, privilege, privilege log, confidentiality, confidentiality log, issue spotting, and deposition preparation.

§ Crowell & Moring, LLP: Conducted electronic document review in several cases involving the merger of two health insurance companies, the merger of two telecommunications companies, and alleged price fixing by major competing microelectronics companies.

§ Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale & Dorr, LLP: Examined documents for an SEC investigation involving backdating of stock option grant dates. Assisted in drafting responses to a separate SEC investigation regarding fraudulent billing of the U.S. government for telecommunications equipment and services. Case involved detailed research and written analysis of government contracts, FOIA, and the False Claims Act.

§ Baker & McKenzie: Performed review of electronic documents in response to a request for the voluntary production of information from a foreign-based international company. Information requested related to possible bribes as covered under the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 (FCPA).

§ Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw, LLP: Served as organizational leader of 8 attorneys in a case involving investigation into a major brokerage firm’s handling of mutual funds, commissions, brokerage fees, and the general adherence to SEC rules and regulations.

§ Williams & Connolly, LLP: Evaluated electronic documents and drafted weekly memoranda for complex civil and criminal litigation involving potential embezzlement and abuse of corporate benefits within a major international media communications company and its subsidiaries.
