Present Work Profile: Core experience in the field of power sector, primarily sub critical coal fired conventional Power Plant 2 x 150 TPH IR-CFBC BOILER Natural Circulation, Single Drum, Top Supported, Membrane Wall Furnace, Balanced Draft, Outdoor Installation.

Currently working as a Field Engineer/TG in O&M Department at M/s Kamachi Industries Limited, Conventional Power Division, Gumiddipoondi, Tamil Nadu from 11-JAN-2021 till date. Job Responsibilities

• Managing a team of power plant for operation and maintenance related activities.

• Monitoring various parameters of equipments to detect evidence of ensuing operating problems.

• Monitoring of BFP, GSB, CDP, CT FAN, IAC, LP DOSING PUMP, LUB OIL COOLER, CONTROL OIL FILTER, JOP, AOP, EOP,BARRING GEAR, CEP and ACWP etc for mechanical and electrical PM works .

• Read charts, meters and gauges to monitor voltage and electricity flows.

• Adjust various controls to regulate the flow of power.

• Being the Field Engineer I have to be a problem solver and respond quickly to equipment failures and operational issues.

• Open and close valves and switches in sequence upon signals from DCS order to start or shutdown auxiliary units.

• Monitoring temperature output and lubrication of the system.

• Regulate equipment operations and conditions such as water levels, based on data from recording and indicating instruments or from computers.

• Start and stop auxiliary pumping equipment, turbines and other power plant equipment, connect or disconnect equipment from circuits.

• Take readings from charts, meters and gauges at established intervals and take corrective steps as necessary.

• Cleaning and lubricating to maintain equipments such as generators, turbines, pumps, and compressors in order to prevent equipment failure or deterioration.

• Collect samples of oil, water and electrolyte for laboratory analysis.

• Communication with systems operators to regulate and coordinate transmission loads, frequencies and line voltages during startup and shutdown.

• Inspect records and log book entries to communicate with other plant personnel, in order to assess equipment functional status.

• Receive outage calls and call in necessary personnel during power outages and emergencies.

• To record and compile operational data, completing and maintaining forms, logs, and reports.

• Smooth & safe Start-up and Shutdown of the entire TG system following the employed interlock & protection. 2
