WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Chemist-C.C, Ink & Vehicle Refinish- Research and Development
(Berger Paints Bangladesh Ltd.)
Duration: From 16th August-2017 to till now.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Developed different types of flexo and gravure ink (e.g. Polyamide, Vinyl, NC, PU etc.)
Developed Toluene free Flexo & Gravure Ink for the first time in the country.
Analysis and execution of formulation for new product development, product improvement, cost reduction and product standardization for ensuring new business development and customer satisfaction and SAP (Systems Applications and Products) operation.
Execute trial production for process validation & product standardization of new products by liaising with cross functional department (Production, Supply Chain, Marketing and Distribution).
Analysis and check all quality parameters of Ink and batch passed as per quality plan to achieve customer satisfaction.
Check and analysis of all supplied raw materials related to Ink Project to ensure unconstrained production.
Technical support to sales team and ensure the quality requirement of client.
Evaluate and analyze product strength or weakness through bench-mark study against local & international competitive brands for any quality revision.
Evaluate and analyze of any deviation in product/process and investigate the causes linked to analysis methodology, production process and raw materials to provide creative solutions within the area of expertise and knowledge.
Development of new/alternative Packaging materials as per Marketing/Sales requirement to fulfil the customer demand and company profitability
Implementation of monthly plan by setting priority, prepare and submit monthly operation report. Attend meeting with external vendors to develop new business segment and ensure technical support to establish the product 2. Chemist-Quality Control

Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform line product quality control parameter test.
Raw material & Packing material Quality test.
Calibration of pH meter, conductivity meter, "Zahm Nogel" Gas volume tester.
Dew point test of environment of production floor and maintain the product temperature to make it eligible for date coding and packaging.
ETP plant operation and maintenance by testing pH, TDS, TSS, MLSS, SVI, BOD, COD, DO.
Ensure food safety and personnel safety by implementing safety procedure.
Maintain documentation of regular activities.
3. Officer-Production

Duties/Responsibilities:
Control Plant operations by maintaining process parameters through DCS.
Chemical dosing and analysis as per standard process.
Prepare the recipe of the product and regular SAP (Systems Applications and Products) work for production and operation.
Ensure implementation of all HSE actions
Supervise the team member to maintain the product quality during production.
