Duties and Responsibilities

Responded to reservation inquiries via telephone, email in a friendly and professional manner. Analyzed data to determine hotels availability and rates. Accurately entered reservations into the hotel booking system. Timely, efficient, and friendly correspondence with clients and potential clients. Actively participate in developing sales action plans and implementation. Handle incoming travel requests (mail, phone etc.) inputting bookings in the system and ensuring details are captured correctly.

Sale safaris to direct and clients booked by agents and offer safari programs/itineraries to the guests.

Ensure all guests services are booked which includes airport pickup and drop offs, flights, vehicle’s etc. and that the services are offered seamlessly. Provide travel offers/itineraries and general travel advice towards travelers within the customers travel policy.

Sales visits & calls to current and potential business distributors / suppliers in the Travel Trade and non-trade segments, per sales action plans and strategies set and delivering reports on the same.

Educating both local and international agents on products and travel itineraries and conducting fam trips.

Maintaining regular contacts and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction with business suppliers and direct guests.
