Executing and monitoring of all kind of civil works at site and giving technical support to our site supervisors.

Execution of reinforcement work at site as per drawing detailing and giving the clearance for concreting.

Monitoring day to day activities of all works at site and preparing daily progress report and submitting to the reporting manager on daily basis.

Preparing BBQ with the clients request and ensuring the standards to be maintained.

Preparing the quantity of all civil works and making bills for sub- contractor’s as per the scheduled dates.

Preparation bar binding schedule, giving steel cutting length details for cutting and fabrication, preparing and certifying the steel quantity for contractor running bills.

Making mockup sampling for newly starting works as well as materials in site according to the specification and instruction for approvals from client and Architects to proceed further.

Ensuring all the works and materials used are as per the make and specifications.

Doing the quality control work at site like slump test, making cubes for testing, testing the cubes as per standard days, tabulating the results and taking care of curing at site. Testing of reinforcement steel from the recognize lab to find out the properties of steel before using.

Preparation and submitting the reconciliation statements of all major materials like steel, cement, concrete, sand, blocks, etc… on monthly basis, and giving requirements for the procurement well in advance.

Following the safety as per the client requirement and satisfaction.

Checking the drawings before releasing to site for execution. If there any mistakes or not understood coordinate with consultants to resolve. Academic Qualification :
