Senior safety
During my time here with HCC I have been assigned to several different Data Centers as the senior safety. The sites focused on behavioral based system and Target Zero. Daily duties consisted of daily audits of the JHA’s as well as provided daily safety meetings and presented daily toolbox topics. Developed safety and environmental policies and procedures for field services to reflect company standards as well as OSHA regulations. Supervised Root Cause Analysis investigations on incidents, recommended corrective actions and enforced positive results through follow up audits. Assist with Job Hazard Analysis/Hazardous Assessments and other risk assessments. Conduct field safety observations and drive all solutions in the field, seeking guidance from Project Management Team when necessary.

Responsible for providing the leadership and management of the Health and Safety Program. New hire screening and training. I conduct safety meetings and orientation. Daily, weekly and monthly safety surveys and audits. Ensure that accident investigation, accident prevention, injury management and back to work programs are in place and see that they are followed, improved and documented. Work with all outside companies and agencies including but not limited to insurance, OSHA, state and federal agencies Assisted Project Manager with project meetings and weekly updates to Contractors. I used DBO2 for audits.
