Ship Dock Associate:
• Fluid Loader: Load trailers with customer order boxes, building walls when the boxes come down the max reach.
• Injection Lane: Scan Boxes to a pallet or Gaylord to the corresponding sort after the package is scanned close out the pallet with labels on all four side of the pallet or Gaylord and place that pallet in the correct staging area.
• Flat Sorter: Replace Gaylord's when they get full with the sort label and place the Gaylord in the pit lane so the forklift drivers can come get them and take them to the correct staging location.
• P.G.- (Process Guide)- Maintain Ship dock associate to keep them busy working the line and building walls, move associates to different trailers to help keep out the blue lights and keep recric down, help load trailers when there is a sweep or CPT to get customer orders out of the building on time.
• Problem Solve: Solve situations with packages with missing items, damage out broken items, slam packages with missing labels, reprocess packages with bad or missing labels.
• Ambassador: Training new associates that start on the ship dock with the process that go on the ship dock, help associates with any problems or issues that they may have, help associates with learning techniques to wall building, scanning packages to pallets working the scan gun understanding and listening to all new associates.
• Transhipment Problem Solve: Removing items from totes that did not belong.
• Pit License: Certified to operate Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ), Stand Up Fork Lift (RC), Center Rider (PC).
• TDR: Inspect trailers for loading and required to document my findings Education
