Clean areas and dispose hazardous materials in accordance with the facility requirements
Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices
Reading, interpreting and building from blueprints, manufacturing drawing and engineering specifications to build simple to complex wire bundles
Use drawing and form board to build simple to complete wire bundles
Install bundle ID, connector ID, flag maker, expands, sleeve and tie the entire bundles
Do back shells, prep, strip, dead end, solder sleeves, and insert connectors
Crimp contracts, lugs, 9 & W splice, and solder connectors
Layout of projects part and assembly according to dimensions and specifications
Execute assembly sequence duties consistently meeting productivity and quality expectation
Loads materials and products into package processing equipment, weighs materials to ensure compliance specifications
Utilizes time to do the job right the first time and overcoming obstacles
Work on electrical assembly, reworked and/or replaced parts and/or assemblies according to the engineering drawings
Safety use hazardous materials such as flammable or explosive materials and dangerous chemicals
Introduce and train new workers to use production equipment such as nut runners, ohm meters, heat gun, pneumatic crimper and etc
Distribute and utilize building materials, machinery and tools in a team of up to 5 other workers
