Key Responsibilities:
Administration duties, including the following:
Conduct clearance of travelers on arrival and departure in terms of the Immigration Act.
Rectify all incorrectly endorsed passports.
Compile a weekly list of all travelers who have overstayed and send to head office for V- Listing.
Unlock and finalise all unfinalised Hits on the system.
Check validity and authenticity of travel documents.
Ensure that the travel documents carried by travelers meet the requirements as stipulated in the South African Passport and Travel Documents Act.
Ensure that all travelers traveling with South African Minors have their unabridged birth certificates with.
Ensure that all foreigners coming in to the country with Residency certificates are properly verified and have accompanying documents.
Ensure that all asylum seekers departing the country to their country of origin have canceled their status before departure.
Ensure that all foreigners transiting to our neighboring countries have the required visas to proceed to those countries.
Administration of office correspondence and documents and all administrative work in support of the unit.
Perform permit/visa verification on behalf of ACSA foreigners seeking employment at the airport.
Maintainance of filing system for the unit.
Provide secretarial support when required during meetings
3 Admin Clerk: Tlou K Wildlife and Safaris Training Academy from 01 April 2020 to 30 April 2021.
Key Responsibilities includes:
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Ensure accurate completion of all office forms like leave, claim forms etc.
Effective coordination, management and administration of training.
Compilation of monthly training stats and training reports.
Maintain and monitor stationary, office supplies and consumables.
Booking and confirming appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
Secretary during meetings, taking minutes and circulating them before meetings.
Ensure flow of information and documents in the office.
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
Message taking, photocopying and administration of petty cash.
Perform other ad hoc tasks and duties as and when required by the office.
