:

1)To enter your attendance at the time you enter the office and to inform your HOD every time you go out of the office.

2)Typing various valuation reports in appropriate formats

3)Do the corrections if & wherever required

4)Print final reports with photographs

5)Mention value & adopted rate in register

6)Letter typing

7)Feed Sale Instances

8)Co-ordinate with engineer for timely delivery of reports

9)Review pending reports & follow up with engineers regarding them.

10)To give attention to priority of the various report by reading like “urgent”, “Very urgent” etc.

11)To ensure / check the documented area of the property mentioned by the engineer is really the same as mentioned in the document of the property. The operator should sign the final print of the valuation report after checking this important point, “Documented Area”.

12)Any other official work assigned by seniors from time to time.
