Designing, modifying, and Issuing drawings for switchgear panels for Generator Paralleling Switchgears.

Created Panel layouts, Wiring schematics, Field, and Assembly drawings for Low and Medium voltage switchgear panels.

Issued drawings for Submittal, As Built, Production and Field Startup.

AutoCAD 2020 is used to perform on projects.

Work on multiple projects at a time in the Aftermarket department and have them completed in a timely matter.

Two major projects; Gecko and Stillwater, with two engineers designed and built over 100 electrical panels for the Yoplait plant. Built panel layouts and designed the wiring for the Flex I/O & Point I/O modules using AUTOCAD software.

General Mills – Reed City, MI, USA

Project Wave for the Yoplait plant I built 5 existing electrical panels they didn’t have drawings for. Did a walk down in the plant to take pictures and create new panel layout drawings using AUTOCAD software. Also worked with Database called Quickbase that we used heavily for the projects.

Assisted on a 3-month Fusion project of decommissioning the Augusta Dry Laundry process. I did a walk down of building 22 and 24 to determine what equipment and instruments associated with the equipment to be site cleared. Marked up single line drawings showing what equipment that was being site cleared.

DSM Chemicals N. America – Augusta, Georgia, USA

On 6-month project revised motor elementary drawings, schematics, connections drawings, and single lines by integrating DCS and Control Systems.

Interlocks, outputs and inputs were added to these drawings for HIMA, and Triconex systems.

BASF CORP. – Wyandotte, Michigan, USA

Worked on HMI for a small amount of time using the Factory Talk application and also CAD drafted drawings for assignments.
