My name is QueenPatti Priscilla Mckinney I deserve a raise because I started working at Casa Ruby since March 2017 as a Housing Monitor in October 2017 I became the Lead Drop In Center Manager soon after I began doing intake forms for the new Casa Ruby clients that's when I began to notice I was loving this, so shortly after I began doing HMIS that's when I knew that this is my passion. Soon after I began working on HMIS and completing all my HMIS trainings that's when I became Casa Ruby HMIS Specialist.
