Having worked for more than twelve months from 2002 Dec to 2003 May.

Segmenting was done purely on the overall business done annually and with other parameters.

My role was strictly confined until the email marketing .I has also handled active and cold calls of the customers.

I was working at Data Trace a BPO belonging to The First American Family Of Companies, a Fortune 381 company

This BPO has its application in the American Real Estate Industry.

Data Trace has the entire repository of the American real estate details

The key function of this BPO is to constantly maintain and update the Data Base of the Real Estate information server nothing but it’s a back office operations.

This BPO provides all the necessary details of the entire American Real Estate to its clients, who are mostly the American Insurance Companies. It also serves millions of individual customers.

First American Family Of Companies provides all the resources to Data Trace to accomplish the above said activities.

Key Role & Responsibilities of the Research Engineer as a Trainer, Leader and Coordinator

The resources from which the Database is maintained are insufficient; the key role of the Research Engineer is to exactly find out the missing and erroneous information and details through the research tools provided.

Also to complete the respective missing and irrelevant information through the research findings.

Training and assisting the new teams on the floor on I-I level co ordination and live interactions.

Also coordinating the team activities like work assigning and resource allocation and a minor part in the workflow.

Holding conferences once in every four days with the corresponding team at the U.S end.

Making presentations and seminars usually conveying the conference room sessions to the entire teams updating the rules of doing the work online and offline and corrections in the work flow.

3.LAVIOT Technologies: I started sap online training by name LAVIOT technologies. I was providing sap online training in all modules like SAP BI, SAP ABAP, SAP BPC etc latest modules with experienced faculties. I used to hire trainers and provide training students online.
