Summary

Construction Superintendent, Project Manager, Facility Maintenance technician are the major job titles I have held as the owner operator of Stanley Industries. Contracts ranged from from 50k to 50 million, these contracts were mainly ground up's, mall build out's, maintenance remodels minor and major. I have proudly completed contracts for companies such as: Jack in the Box, Magic Restaurants (Fuddruckers), Wanyco Construction, Crown Construction, Red White and Blue Inc. (Home Depot), Cargile Construction, and many Government contracts such as Schools, Hospitals, One Stop Employment offices, Military Housing just to name a few.

Career Highlights

While in Washington State I won the contract to build 3 One Stop skill Source Government Buildings, these 30 million dollar projects came with the challenge of running the construction apprenticeship program which was the most rewarding work ever. Still to today I keep in contact with some of my students who became very successful contractors for which I feel I gave them their start.

The program is called the AGCA (Associated General Contractors of

America) government apprenticeship program teaching unprivileged teens all construction trades to include equipment operation, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and welding for first and second year apprenticeships. So I myself am very proficient in each trade and able to lead others to follow proper procedures and guidelines.

I am still young but not looking to be the road warrior I once was, I now live in San Diego and would appreciate the opportunity to work locally as a facilities director/manager/supervisor.
