Quote labor hours that attach to Trailer Base Models and Options at the West Fargo Plant.

Route the hours to the specific Manufacturing Order. Utilizing INFOR (Material Requirement Programming) attach the hours to labor codes for Production.

Maintain a weekly meeting reviewing upcoming trailers to address concerns that might hinder product flow through the manufacturing departments.

Nesting parts to material using ProNest Software.

Trail King Industries, INC - Welder 2008 - 2014

Aluminum and Steel MIG welding.

Assisted with training new hires that included safety, process, and expectations.

Mentored new employees by introduction to Trail King, supplying needed PPE, introduction to their new supervisor and multiple people that they would be directly working with. I encouraged contact until they were comfortable and felt settled in.

Bobcat Company (Gwinner) - Fabrication Set-up 2005 – 2006

Changed out, set tonnage, and checked tolerance of parts prior to operators running the parts order on Punch Press Machines.

At times I was required to operate the Brake Press and Laser.
