As part of the Network Assurance Engineering group, we were responsible for cellular access gears for connecting cell tower eNB / gNB the EPC. The access gears are to provide quality services for 5G, 4G, 3G, EVDO network which include ALU 7705 (SAR8, SAR18, SAR8v2) and 7750 (SRa8, SR12) routers, ALU WBX, IXR, Tellabs DACS, etc.

Daily work includes 4G/5G eNB/gNB router ports, WBX port and IXR port configuration, ALU routers & its cards configuration, connection configuration between 7750/7705 router and WBX / IXR. Add / Delete/ Grow / De-grow trunk and its group to/from the DACS. 5E, OMP, OMC backup, Tool usage such as Netscout, BRIX, NSP….

Samsung: Project Coordinator of LTE eNB Deployment @ Sprint - Contract 6/2018 – 11/2018

As Field Tech Coordinator (FTC), managed 6 markets, completed 600+ site migrations, trained 2 FTCs, managed & trained 12+ FTs (field tech), met 90% migration objectives,

Performed, negotiated & resolved medium to major carrier property access issues, generated access issue tickets if not resolved, prioritize integration of customer identified key sites and generated day & night migration tickets.

Created & validated BOM for procurement of eNB and other hardware accessories for specific tower site. Assign migration orders to FT. resolve logistical & technical issue from the FT's nightly call, compile migration status & problems in the morning and report to the customer along with problem resolution plan to the customer.

I work with prospect to do demo, proof of concept and help our customers to implement our solutions to prevent data breaches. Nokia: Integration of LTE eNB (AirScale) @ AT&T - Contract 9/2017 – 11/2017

Performed complete integration, migration of ALU BBU & 4G eNB, and deployment of 4G eNB @ AT&T network.

Wrote detailed MOP for migration and deployment. Trained field integrators, procuring of site-specific hardware and software using BOM, modified XML script as needed, performed 66 blocks punching for system alarm.

Performed Site survey & measurement with photo, identify of rake location for equipment installation, BOM order/update for migration site, procurement of equipment and materials needed for day & night integration.

Performed Configuration & Integration of 300+ALU SDM 8650 HSS for Verizon & Sprint LTE, IMS, GSM, CDMA production network to provide 4G enhanced multimedia services to millions of customers.
