Control and Transformer Yard and distribution pole erection & line works for 11KV,22KV,33KV feeders for wind / Solar Energy at various locations in India Installation and testing of 12.5/16MVA transformer and 33KV substations feeder lines at Chitradurga site.

Project execution / Design Support for 220KV/11KV,100MVA SS @ Tirunelvelli for Pioneer wincon Ltd.

Indigenization and commissioning the first proto panel intended for WEG’S at Kauch Mandavi.in Gujarat for NEPC.

Similarly, as an Indigenization team leader for Pioneer Wincon- WEG Control Panel indignation done and commissioned at Aralvoimozihi.

In the same way, Indignation of 1.5MW Top box and Frequency Convertor panels etc for Regen Powertech Wind turbines work completed.

New development project execution for, Pitch system- with DEIF & Frequency converter – with Convert team –WWD-1MW

Monitoring Site Team to Carryout downtime / breakdown/ root cause analysis for site WTG’S to achieve 95% machine availability and to yield targeted generation.

New development of Wind turbine Microprocessor /PLC controller PCBs integrated with control system program.

Solar Industries: -

Solar Ground level -erection & completed 1.25MW, 1.65MW @ years and 1.93MW @Nazareth etc.

Roof top Solar-years @various locations more than 750-1000kw like Chennai Loyola, Trichy Sarada’s etc.,

Quality Inspection: - Inspection of Transformer 950VA, 33/22/11kv at vendor place like TRINITY ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES-Bangalore etc. for windmill application. Energy audit support for various industries for chemical process, Railways, Energy sectors wind & solar etc.
