I am a 27 years old male Ugandan holder of Bachelor Degree in Animal production and Management from Busitema University. I am a self-motivated achiever, who works under minimum supervision, a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, a client focused, innovative and confidential individual with empathy towards the most vulnerable people in society.

I am currently working as a Farm manager with Mbuye agricultural college and at the same time as a Trainee with Uzima Chicken Rakai District. As Uzima Trainee, my work involved mobilizing and training rural farmers in poultry management practices and to takeover poultry to uplift them from poverty. This work experiences as well as education has equipped me with hands on practical skills in people management, teamwork, communication skills, community mobilization and sensitization, project planning and management, human resource management, financial management, planning and budgeting, multi- stakeholder engagement, research and reporting skills, project management, training and presentation skills which I believe will be beneficial to meet the organization goal and vision of reaching out to rural communities to uplift there standards through enhancing livestock productivity
