• Lead and drive production enhancement technologies and applications to improve field & reservoir surveillance activities for Ras Budran, Ras Fanar, ZeitBay and Disouq Fields

• Responsible for well production performance follow up and recommendation of production enhancement measures

• Define with the Reservoir Engineering team the annual field’s production surveillance activities, well integrity works, production enhancement initiatives and production & reserves addition efforts within existing well inventory

• Responsible for design, planning and execution of rig / snubbing unit and rig-less production enhancement and reservoir monitoring measures covering PLT, CBL, VDL, MMIT, USIT, Saturation Measurements, PBU, Gas Lift Optimization, ESP frequency changes and installation of pressure gauges

• Design of planned well stimulation jobs covering types and composition of reservoir rocks (in SUCO from siliciclastic to naturally fractured carbonates including tight limestones and crystalline basement), solubility and compatibility tests of the fluids and proppants to be used, hydraulic interaction, skin and permeability.

• Define acid and fluid recipes and the consequent volumes (placement, dose rate, acid penetration, pressure and diversion). Acid wash and solvent treatment are also included.

• Design, planning and execution of gas shut-off jobs in wells suffered from gas cap gas breakthrough

• Surveillance of gas injection wells in Zeit Bay field in terms of gas injection volumes (GI/GP ratio), gas injection wells performance and remedial actions to optimize GI/GP whether by controlling injection gas volumes or minimizing.

• Responsible of all production technology related activities for gas reservoir.
