Review/Evaluate & Contractor’s Interim Payment Applications and preparation of Interim Payment Certificates [IPC]

Prepare the evaluation reports and consultant recommendation for monthly Interim Payment Certificate.

Identifying the variations, Preparing Variation orders and negotiates with Main contractor / Consultant.

PROFILE:

An individual with a comprehensive knowledge of the construction field and Quantity Surveying procedures and Techniques in both Pre-and Post-contract stages, including (but not limited to) initial budget estimating, cost analysis, cost planning, tender documentation, measurement of works, preparation of cost reports and valuation, looking for a competitive career in the construction trade.

Preparing and issue sub-contract tender packages including BOQ specifications drawing and other documents for quotations [PC / PS items]

Assisting the Managing QS in finalizing and nominating the PC / PS Items. Preparation of pre-tender cost estimation and priced Bill of Quantities based on projects and suppliers ‘quotations.

Obtaining quotations and estimating the price lists. Preparing the Tender Documents and submitting the Tender. Material Enquires and Quoting Quotations

Preparation of Request for Change (RFC), Engineer’s Instruction (EI) for all the changes in the project.

Preparation of cost reports including cash flow information Prepare and compile Final Accounts Payment Certificates with relevant substation to the satisfaction of the Engineer / Employer.

Provides updates to client with projection of costs as required. Evaluation and estimating the cost of variations and extra works Maintain relevant contemporary records & formats
