Internship Agreement at Tanzania Health Promotion Support (THPS) - Dar es Salaam Position: HIV RTCQI Data Entry at National Health Laboratory Service (NHLS) Project The Works that I did;

I worked with M&E and RTCQI database developer to organize and update RTCQI data in the database.

I supported M&E team to clean the stored data.

I worked with Program Officers coordinating the RTCQI elements to support availability of data to update the database regularly.

I ensured the database is up-to-date and incoming data is updated timely.

I assisted in preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the project leadership as required.

I maintained confidentiality for all clients and institutional information accessed through work and engagement enable by or through the volunteership roles.

I was involved and participate in the preparation of National Health Laboratory Services (NHLS) Strengthening Project fiscal year three (FY21) for both Quarter (Q3) and Quarter (Q4) data analysis and report writing (narrative report final review and report of project data analysis and compilation) held in Bagamoyo district. This reports usually submitted to a CDC funded. August 2019- May 2020

Practical Training and Part time job at Tanga City Council (TCC)- Tanga. Position: Economist, Statistician and Planner.

The Works that I did;

I prepared the cumulative budget report of the Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) for the period coverage (Quarter, ending 30th September, in the financial year 2019/2020).

I prepared the City Council schedule towards its projects monitoring and evaluation.

Monitoring and Evaluation on the City Council projects such as dump facility, construction of administration building.

Monitoring, evaluating, reporting and verification of data collected from project beneficiary.

Analysis and management of different data provided for the sake of doing simulation.

I prepared and timely sub mission of various reports.

I supported producing the quarterly progress reports and annual reports.

Template preparation for the project implementation quarterly report for financial year 2019/2020.

I computed the population growth rate of people in Tanga City Council Wards (2002-2012).

I documented verified sales figures in the project monitoring tools and ensures data flow to the project manager in the timely fashion.

I prepared and analyzed the data obtained on the research of contribution of Tanzania Social Action Fund (TASAF) to the household income in Tanga District.
