QUALITY: (ROUGH CASTING QUALITY)
Quality control inspector are employed by manufacturing units and are responsible
for checking product.
Our role is making sure to meet industry specification and client
requirements.
Highlight duties:
Noticing defects, updating defect database, and separating defects products.
MELTING:
Maintained 4 induction furnaces and chemistries in them.
Controlled the chemistries of furnace to maintain in specs to make quality products.
Checking the ladle preheating before pouring.
Checking the specification before pouring.
The specs are checked by using coin taken in the furnace and the coin sparked by
using spectro machine.
The main specs are: Carbon©, Manganese(Mn), Chromium(Cr), Sulphur(S), Copper
(Cu),
Temperature checking:
Before pouring the metal, Temperature will be checked by pyrometer in furnace and
ladle also.
STRENGTH:
Able to prioritize work load and multi-tasking.
Building effective work relationship.
SKILLS:
Done a Certification course in AUTOCAD (2D Drawing)
