JOB OBJECTIVE

ADDRESS LISTER/CANVASSER RESPONSIBILITIES

Verified and updated addresses for the 2020 Census using programs such as Mobile Case Management (MCM) and the Listing and Mapping Application (LiMA).

Conducted door-to-door interviews with residents as required.

QUALITY CONTROL RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspected various parts to ensure that each item was free from defects in a timely manner.

COUNTERINTELLIGENCE SPECIAL AGENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Served as a counterintelligence agent conducting information and fact gathering, analyzing data, and making assessments regarding threats to national security.

Extracted facts and data and interpret guidance to produce intelligence reports such as threat assessments, biographical, intelligence analysis and intelligence information.

Completed reports utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other automated programs and equipment and entered data into secure automated systems.

Conducted walk-in and security vetting interviews for Department of Defense contract employees, local nationals, and third-country nationals.

Performed computer data and hard drive retrieval using formatting software and conducted security briefings for supervisors, peers, and subordinates, effectively communicating their required tasks and responsibilities.

Searched document and media files to upload the finished data onto secure data storage systems as part of a document and media exploitation team member.

Conducted additional analytical research utilizing the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) to include Combined Information Data Network Exchange (CIDNE), Biometric Identity intelligence Repository (BI2R), Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS), CELLPACK, Harmony, Query Tree, Threat and Local Observation Notice (TALON) for protection against terrorism, and government field and regulation manuals.

Conducted job-related refresher training to peers using visual and document training aids.

Kept records accurate and up to date concerning the training of personnel. Attended Phoenix Battalion CAMEL Course for advanced human intelligence operations and Operation Green Lightning training scenarios performed twice each year.

Performed rudimentary operations involving surveillance and counter-surveillance techniques.

Assisted in force protection operations in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba with the setup and execution of security vetting techniques concerning foreign contract employees.

Certified and qualified on the PCASS and SEEK systems in determining qualified candidates during the security screening and vetting process and reports were entered into the Tactical Counterintelligence Operations Portal (TCOP).

Further responsibilities included collecting biometrics, document and media data, and conducting counterintelligence screenings of targeted local nationals and non-US individuals who trained or conducted operations in close proximity to Coalition Forces to identify and mitigate potential hostile attacks.
