To Whom It May Concern:

I have known Michelle Winders R.N. Professionally for 10 Tears. lam

presently the Assistant Director of Nursing at the Mendota Lutheran Home.

During this time we have crossed paths many times. Michelle has requested that I

write a letter of recommendation and I do this without hesitation.

Michelle has cared for our residents over the last 2 1/2

years has a Hospice

nurse. She has exhibited outstanding professionalism with our staff, residents,

and their families. Her characteris outstanding. She has a natural ability to put

you at ease and trust that she will care for any situation that may arise. She has a

great level of perseverance to meet each and every need of even the most

difficult case. Her ability to communicate during a time that can be very stressful,

is excellent. She is able to care for her patient in a calm, quiet, reassuring manner

that has been an asset to the Hospice Concept.

Michelle has always been open to furthering her education and being

abreast of new skills as a Registered Nurse. She completed an intensive I C U skills

course when I worked for her years ago. Her ability to be highly organized

while multitasking is always apparent.

With enthusiasm I highly recommend Michele Winders R.N. as a future

employee of your Organization.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any further inquiry into my

observations of this excellent nurse's abilities.

Sincerely,

Sheri Bowne RN ADON

Subject: Michelle Winders

To Whom It May Concern

I have personally known Michelle Winders for over 20 years. Michelle assisted my family

through my father's sickness (Russell L Modesitt Sr.) over 14 years ago. During that time she

was his nurse and did his blood draws and was tremendous with the peritoneal dialysis that my

father was doing at home. She is knowledgeable and professional and helped me and my

family on many occasions. She is compassionate and caring and I feel my father had the best

care. It was a difficult time and she helped out each of us emotionally during that time. We

consider ourselves very lucky to have had Michelle in our lives during that time and would

highly recommend her in her career.

Sincerely,

Julie (Modesitt) Berber
