•Pioneered as MEP Construction Manager for Samrya Twin Towers (40 Floors office buildings) to manage the core and shell type of project execution with 4 engineers and more than 80 technicians.

•Managed and coordinated the MEP installations on Samrya towers with civil/structural and other trades according to the regular site meetings with the client and its consultant.

•Administered as the Electrical Project Engineer and controlled the electrical trade works on Viva Bahria residential Tower (VB-29) in Pearl Qatar consisting of 20 Floors (containing around 300 apartment units) and Podium facilities in the ground floor by supervising directly over 5 engineers,10 skilled foremen and about 200 electricians.

Electrical Project Engineer 2007 - 2009

•Facilitated the electrical engineering, materials procurement and execution of 7 parcels out of 18 for phase-I of the Porto Arabia Qatar Pearl project consisting of retails and town houses until handing over.

•Controlled the electrical manpower by supervising directly over 8 engineers,12 foremen and about 350 electricians by supporting the proper documentations and site execution schedules with daily follow up on details to facilitate the works.

•Coordinated with more than 20 other departments’ senior engineers and contractors/subcontractors of different construction disciplines.

•Initiated the Testing and Commissioning schedules for the electrical trade of all parcels and assigned the engineers and their teams accordingly.
