Tracking the changes in the contract through revised drawings, RFI, SI, and CVI.
Preparing, pricing and submitting the variation order to the consultant approval.
Forecasting the project cost to check, control all the stages of the project within the predetermined budget.
Preparing monthly payment application to submit client/consultant.
