– 2015

Draft and negotiate contracts with customers and subcontractors;

Extensive experience negotiating and setting up bonds and letters of credit necessary to receive down payments for foreign deliveries;

Manage relationship with liability insurers, maintaining additional insured requirements, and completing annual insurance applications;

Responsible for interpreting RFQ documents and ensuring contractual compliance of all successful bids. Most customers are sophisticated international competitors and contract documents, and specifications are lengthy;
