ABILITIES: During my trajectory in the property maintenance field, I have gained broad experience in the apartment’s deficiencies and troubleshooting of HVAC systems. Maintaining apartments for rentals, usually re-half punches, Fixing all kinds of appliances including refrigerators, dishwashers, dryers and washers machines, stoves(electric and gas), also new installation and repairs of locks, windows, doors, garbage disposal, dry walls, heaters, water heaters, etc. Extensive knowledge on electrical, carpentry and plumbing through years of experience working on the field, I am equally comfortable working as part of team and I have more of 20 years of experience in the field.

-08/2018-03/2020. Painter. Sea Venture Hotel. Pismo Beach CA. Painting and repairs of walls and ceiling including textures. Installation of ceiling fan, create new power line for ceiling fan and replace lamps and bulbs.

-10/2015-06/2018 .Maintenance Technician. Hawthorn Apartments Complex, Los Angeles CA. Responsible for maintenance apartment for rentals, repairs appliance, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems and building. Completing service resquet daily including painting and dry wall jobs.

- 07/2014-08/2015 Engineer Building, Many Brothers Real States Group, Hollywood CA. Performed all repairs including the building, equipment, machines, signal, lights, conditioning airs and others repairs.

- 08/2011-06/2014 Maintenance Engineer, Hawthorn Regency Apartments, Los Angeles, CA Responsible for dealing with residents questions or complaints, inspected completed works, completing services request within 24 hours including HVAC systems.

Responsible of maintenance apartment for rentals, troubleshooting a/c units, completing services request a rate of 10 to 15 tickets daily or more. Assisting maintenance supervisor as request by him and always keeping up the property curve appeal.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree of the Military Technical Institute (ITM) of Moscú. Graduate with honors, Diploma in industryal engineer.
