Worked on "Pretreatment of Biomass Briquettes by Torrefaction" (2018 – 2019)

oTorrefaction is a pyrolysis process where the agricultural biomass is pretreated to reduce its drawbacks of high moisture content, high cost of transportation, so that these biomass briquettes can be used as a boiler fuel.

Removal of Acid Orange-II dye using Banana peel ash (2019 – 2020)

oProject aims at the removal of Acid Orange – II dye from its aqueous solution using banana peel ash. Banana peel ash, one of the agricultural bio-waste can be used as an adsorbent for the removal of Acid Orange–II dye from its aqueous solution. The aim is to remove pollutants from colored water of various industries which heavily pollutes the environment and water.
