The total estimated air conditioning load worked out around 8500 TR. This project was also designed as per the Indian Green Building Council norms. The Principal architect for this project is Skidmore, Owings & Merril LLP (SOM), New York, USA.

The Main Contractor was M/s. Leighton, Australia.

HCL Phase II, 2.5 million Sq.ft of office space with 4 different towers each comprises of 6 levels. One of the largest flagship project in Chennai region. The total estimated air conditioning load worked out around 4500 TR. This project was also designed as per the Indian Green Building Council norms.

Architect for this project was CRN, PMC for this project was Cushman & Wakefield. Shopping Mall Projects:
