Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for BMS operation and Fire Alarm System operation including configurations of both system systems as required and trouble shoot if any fault occurred on both systems and rectify the problem as soon as possible to make sure the operation goes smoothly.

• Responsible for monitoring and daily physical inspection of field sensors connected on the BMS and trouble shoot if any alarm occurred on it.

• Responsible for monitoring, controlling and configurations of all HVAC units, Booster pumps, Chilled water Pumps, Fire pump, Lights, Gas panel, civil defense panel and other unit linked on the BMS

• Carries out Monthly preventive maintenance of fire alarm devices and BMS.

• Responsible for assisting and supervising any work of contractor with in the building

• Trained new employees in proper fire alarm install and NFPA codes Coordinated with multiple departments to plan schedules on installs and services that needed to be performed

• Worked with safety department to ensure that all work was performed to regulations in a timely manner

• Provided outstanding customer assistance, ensuring customer understanding of alarm ordinances

• Monitored technicians on various fire alarm inspections

• Administered clear and precise servicing instructions on fire alarm equipment

• Identify site conditions relevant to fire alarm system layout and correctly identify the occupancy types and codes and standards involved.
