Role

Represents the client's interest. Develops strategy for delivery of the projects from concept to completion stage MEP works. Ensures effective communication between clients, vendors and project team members. Responsibilities

• Site Investigations and Management, Designing and basic specification documentation, Cost Comparison for item wise and pick up possible lowest price for items.

• Warehousing Conveyor works like Gravity Spiral, Rollers and Belt conveyors mechanical and Electrical & Automation works.

• Participates in concept designing and constructions. Interface for other disciplines and MEP Proper Planning and Site Management. MEP work in PRECAST and MIVAN Shuttering panels and Interior works. Data Center works.

• Overall Electrical, Lighting and Power circuitry & Electrical Distribution, and HVAC Electrical works, AHUs, Chillers, Fire Alarm Systems, BMS Systems, CCTV works, Fire Fighting works & Plumbing Electrical, Interior works and Tower Crane works.

• Checking & Testing of QA/QC and Panels, Transformers Installation & Commissioning.

• Preparation of As-Built Drawings as per Client & Customers requirements.

• Coordinate with all concern in relation to drawings, approvals & permits.

• Proper Management of Teams at various sites to achieve timely completion following quality control aspects.

• Co-ordination and correspondence with the client, consultants, and sub-contractors and Billing. To provide project management resource to directly manage the given project, delivering within the agreed scope and timescale.
