Reporting to the CEO/President, responsible for managing several different projects across multiple different disciplines. Broetje Automation is a key supplier to the aerospace industry for automated assembly equipment.

Current Responsibilities

Hands on support of new business RFI process, writing and issuing SOW/RFQ’s documents, analyzes quotations, supplier selection, negotiating prices and terms with suppliers and administer purchase orders.

Project Manager responsible design and manufacturing (C2C) for automated precision drilling machine for the Aerospace industry.

Project Manager responsible for delivered on-time, within scope and budget for Engine Carrier and assembly cells for multiple Pratt & Whitney sites across US and Canada.

Project Manager responsible for directing design, construction, purchase of equipment and services for equipping new 50,000 sq. /ft. multi-million-dollar manufacturing facility in Chicago, IL.

Gemcor is manufacturer of custom designed machine tools for automated fastenings systems supplied to the aerospace industry with $30MM in sales.

Hands on direction of (45) union and non-union employees for Purchasing, Production Control, Machinists, Mechanical and Electrical technicians and facility maintenance.

Primary focus was hands on direction of Supply Chain activities including supplier selection process, soliciting quotations, analyzes quotations, supplier selection, negotiating prices and terms with suppliers and administer purchase orders to insure on time delivery of quality materials and services $18MM annually.

Established and maintained close working relationships with key suppliers, monitoring performance to established Supplier Scorecard (KPI’s) for Quality and delivery objectives.
