Project Superintendent

Completed Mill 3 in Chelmsford Ma. This was a 120-unit residential project with a clubhouse and a pool. Started a 2nd project in September of 2018 in North Andover Ma. This was a 200-unit project with a clubhouse and pool. All foundations were poured, 3 of 4 buildings were framed and at various advanced stages. Clubhouse was having finishes installed.

2017-2018 Callahan Construction Managers Haverhill MA Project Superintendent Managed the construction of a $20 Million Dollar 63,000 sq ft senior assisted living center in Haverhill Ma for Wingate. Project was wood frame, 3 stories with 3 elevators. Had 70 living units, a movie theater, and a full commercial kitchen.

2015-2017 Pilot Construction Inc Portsmouth NH Project Superintendent

$30 Million Dollar Project in North Andover Ma Barry Farms. Project had a 10,000 sq ft clubhouse with a pool, 4 Buildings that had between 42 and 64 units per building, 3 buildings were podiums 4 stories with elevators and garages. Project also had a 3000 sq ft maintenance garage/office building. Project was started in 2015. None of the buildings were at Drywall stage when I took over the project. 2 of 6 buildings were in various stages of framing. Job was completed and turned over to owners by February 27th of 2017. Support on site was assistant superintendents, quality control and laborers. At the peak of the project, we had 180 workers on site and averaged over 150 on site for 8 months.

superintendent in less than a year and to a construction manager in less than 2 years. As a construction manager I ran

multiple developments and was responsible for more than 100 homes under construction monthly. From 1984-1986 built

numerous model homes for US homes in Houston and Atlanta.
