I have 1year 3 months of Experience in Bava Erectors(NLCIL) as

Maintenance Department in Bucket Wheel Excavator as Supervisor role.

I worked 3 months at Datafield India Pvt. Ltd., as Production Line

Supervisor till March 2021.

I am pursuing as Production Supervisor at Divya Engineering Works,

Chinnavedampatti from July 2021.

Undergone an industrial visit on Hindustan Machining Tools, Bangalore.

They can manufacturing many components like lathe parts, CNC

machining parts, rocket propellants also using various dyes through

casting and moulding process. We excited to see that old HMT Watch

and now also its running successfully

Undergone an industrial visit on Karnataka Turned Components Pvt. Ltd.,

Bangalore. It is also manufacturing a various components like machining

tools by using CNC machine

Attended a mechanical Workshop of NATIONAL LEVEL MINI BIKE

DESIGN AND FABRICATION TECHNIQUES conducted by Karpagam

College of Engineering, Coimbatore. They gives a little knowledge about

the Chassis formation (initial frame)

Attended a workshop of “BIG DATA AND CLOUD COMPUTING”

Conducted by Jeppiyar SRR Engineering College, Chennai. They gives

Project 1: Undergone a mini project on “HYDRAULIC PIPE BENDING

MACHINE”- I had an idea to bend the rod with smart way. Then we

choose the car jockey type to bend the rod with little manpower. We used

the fluid 22 for neglect the over friction by hydraulic cylinder. It was a

successful Project

Project 2: Our main project “DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF LEAF

SPRING OF COMPOSITE MATERIALS”- I had a thought, how the

leaf spring has tackled the whole vehicle, it is steel material it has good

capacity to handle the whole vehicle with that leaf plate. I heard about the

composite material, it also have a good capacity to tackle the whole body

of vehicle in the survey, Then we choose to altered the material as steel

from E glass fibre, we done a project in the leaf spring for vehicle Ape.

We took ansys software for theoretical results, But it could be failure in

practical
