OCCUPATIONAL CONTOUR

Since June-July 2017 with ARKAD Engineering and Construction, Khobar Saudi Arabia: Lead the erection of East West E & I work in Fadhili Dawn Stream Pipe line above ground facilities with the followings duties:

• Design control, Procurement and Construction of downstream Pipeline 56 ", 304 KM in clouding 7 valve station’s, 6 Scraper’s Launchers / Receivers.

• Perform schedule activities as per project approved management plan and approved documents and create project deliverables.

• Project resourcing, managing and control project team members and subcontractor manpower assigned to project, implementing team building activities.

• Ensure the project complies with all applicable environmental, health and safety rules and regulations, applicable standards and codes, and other regulatory requirements.

• Supervise construction team and subcontractors to implement and conduct work method statements and applying the Saudi Aramco standards.

• Supervise project pre- commissioning, commissioning and plant performance test activities Manage and control projects changes, control scope, schedule and costs up to project performance base lines.

• Reviewing all relevant other discipline documentation and participate in the development of the P & IDs.

• Obtain the required inputs from other Engineering disciplines e.g. mechanical data sheet, foundation and structure details, instrument specifications and other necessary data.

• Issue material requisitions to Procurement Department for enquiry, order placement and for any subsequent revisions as per Saudi Aramco Standard.

• Hold coordination meetings and engineering review meetings with vendor of major equipment as required and carry out technical investigations and produce technical reports, engineering standers and Saudi Aramco procedures.

• Reviewing the project execution developed by Cost and Planning Department.

• Making Quantities serving and preparing MTO.

• Reviewing of Loop check & Functional Folders.

• Following up Electrical & instrumentation Equipment installation & termination and Pre- commissioning Such as

(Leak Detection System, RTU, Switch Rack, Power transformer, Junctions Boxes, MOV’s, Instrumentation device’s, OHPL, ).

• Following up Embedded items installation will civil and Mechanical, Communication and other work on going, to prevent and modification later while Electrical work on going.

• Deal with manufacturers and vendor for technical specification, submittals and expediting deliveries to make sure that delivery within approved time schedule.

• Dealing with QA/QC Department and preparing Method of statement and work procedures.

• Attending weekly meetings with client (Saudi Aramco) to discuss procurement, Engineering, construction issues.

• Preparing & Reviewing Non- Material Requisition and Engineering items submittal (NMR) as Per Saudi Aramco Standard.
