In this term of duration I was given in charge of labour commanding and proceed further day to day site activities

submission of daily progress report, to check subgrade level,sub base level and the asphalt

Precast segment consists of both Typical (Simply Supported) & balanced cantilever type.

Co-ordinate with Procurements & Planning team to make sure the materials arrived earlier

Co-ordinate with Clients & QA/QC team for inspections

Review the Project specifications, Drawings, and other contract documents and identifying the project objectives. Resolving all technical issues at the site.

Scheduling of manpower, material, equipment’s and activities for daily needs on construction site

Preparation of Quantities related to all works (Reinforcement, Shuttering & Concrete).

Monitor subcontractor work performance & reporting to top management.

Preparation of Daily & Weekly progress report and submit to higher management.

Attend meetings with clients & consultants for Site Progress and Safety. Academic Details:
